I recently had the opportunity to sit down with The PhotoMode to discuss our work on Mafia: The Old Country.

In this Q&A, we dive into the creative and technical philosophy behind the game’s dedicated Photo Mode. I share some insights into how we leveraged Unreal Engine 5 to capture the “cinematic grit” of 1900s Sicily, and the challenges of giving players total creative control while maintaining historical authenticity.
